Kellin brings extensive experience in hospitality, people strategy, organizational climate, employee motivation and engagement, training and development, workforce planning, HR systems, and organizational development in both the Dominican Republic and the United States.
Much of his work has focused on helping organizations build strong teams, prepare operations for pre-opening and opening, strengthen workplace culture, improve the employee experience, and turn strategy into practical systems and execution. His professional experience also includes regional assignments across Latin America, adding a broader cross-market perspective to his work.

Yadette brings more than a decade of experience in quality management, environmental management, food safety, occupational safety, energy efficiency, sustainability and integrated management systems across major organizations in the Dominican Republic.
Her background includes leadership and coordination of ISO-based management systems, internal and external audits, risk management, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and performance measurement. Her experience also includes regional professional exposure across Latin America. Organizations she has worked with include PriceSmart, CAEI and Ron Barceló.
Her work includes standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000, supported by internal-auditor training and certifications.
