Kellin R. Jimenez

People, Organization & Hospitality Strategy
Kellin brings extensive experience across human resources, hospitality operations, corporate training, organizational development and consulting in both the Dominican Republic and the United States.
His career includes leadership roles in hotel operations, workforce development and training with Allegro Resorts Corporation, LTI Beach Resort Punta Cana, Hodelpa Hotels and Viva Wyndham Resorts. Beyond hospitality, his experience includes planning and development with Helados Bon and CEMEX Dominicana, human resources with Pfizer Dominicana, and consulting with ROS Consulting.
His U.S. experience spans recruiting, HR leadership, retail operations and workforce management with organizations including Waldorf Astoria Boca Raton Resort, Momofuku Milk Bar, Crafted Hospitality, Lidl US and Bloomingdale’s, along with consulting through Alleati.

Yadette Jiménez
Founding Partner
Environmental & Management Systems
Yadette brings more than a decade of experience in environmental management, food safety, occupational safety and integrated management systems across major organizations in the Dominican Republic.
Her background includes leadership and coordination of ISO-based management systems, internal and external audits, risk management, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and performance measurement. Her experience includes PriceSmart, CAEI and Ron Barceló.
Her work includes standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and FSSC 22000, supported by internal-auditor training and certifications.
